New Location - New Practice My favorite doctor has moved again!! She left that horible place at 311 Green Street and started her own solo practice. Her new staff is so nice and professional I don't understand why she didn't leave sooner. Her new info may eventually end up above but here it is: Dr. Denise Octaviani 1223 North Salina Street Syracuse, NY 13208 (315) 430 - 8361 She's located right at the intersection of North Salina Street and Court Street but be warned the entrance is on Court Street. A lovely little practice. If you were told she's no longer around well now you know - she's the most caring and compassionate doctor I know. Her old practice should change their name..
